What kinds of cool stuff can I earn?Send in your $25 deposit or $100 minimum by the early registration deadline (varies per Plunge) and receive an embroidered 2009 Polar Bear Plunge garment. All registrations (and deposits / $100 minimums) received after the early registration deadline will receive a Polar Bear Plunge garment, while supplies last. Plunge garments go fast, it’s best to register early. Register on-site and receive a Polar Bear Plunge garment, while supplies last. Can I raise more than the $100 minimum?Please do! Because all of the monies raised from the Polar Bear Plunge benefit the athletes of Special Olympics New Jersey, we encourage all Plungers to raise as much sponsorship dollars as possible. The more you raise, the more good you’ll do and the more items you’ll receive! Additional money will be accepted the day of the Plunge and will be added to your total gift package. All Plunge gifts are determined by the total amount of money received at check-in on Plunge day.
Note: Garment gifts are ordered in advance of the Plunge and are based on the number of early registrations received. Please be aware that if Plunger numbers increase dramatically or if you’ve registered late or on-site we may not have enough items available on Plunge day. If you do not receive your gifts on Plunge day, forms will be available to request gift fulfillment (please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery). |
