REGISTER
GATHER YOUR TEAM, DESIGNATE A CAPTAIN, CHOOSE A NAME AND DETERMINE YOUR FUNDRAISING GOAL.
SAVE YOUR SPACE: Team captain registers the team with a Deposit of $100 no later than 8/21/09. No monies refunded. Via E-mail, team captains will receive confirmation and all future information.
LIMITED TO FIRST 50 TEAMS on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum number on team is 20. There is no minimum.
ONCE REGISTERED, have your teammates sign up online to be on your team (instructions will be sent via e-mail).
E-MAIL YOUR FRIENDS! Tell everyone you know to visit your team site and make a donation to help you reach your fundraising goal and reach your team level.

PLATINUM TEAM.....$3,500 DONATION or more

- (1) Commemorative Team Photo Plaque
- One chance per team member (up to 20 chances) to enter door prize drawing for two round-trip tickets from Continental Airlines. Drawing will take place post-event and winner notified via phone.

GOLD TEAM.....$2,000 - $3,499 DONATION

SILVER TEAM.....$1,000 - $1,999 DONATION

- (1) 5x7 team photo for team captain
- Lunch and family entertainment at Airpor Day
** TEAM NAME will be printed on each T-shirt only if your team is officially registered by 8/21/09.
ADDITIONAL TEAM GIFT ITEMS will be ordered based on funds received as of 9/4/09. A minimum of $1,000 must be received by 9/18/09 in order to compete and receive a pre-assigned Pull Time. If additional donations are brought to the event resulting in an increase to the next level, SONJ will order additional items and mail them to the Team Captain within 6-8 weeks after the Pull.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN WAIVER OF LIABILITY Extra waivers will be available on day of the event when you check-in.
