Fall Sports Festival
Description: Time Trial Competition is when the athletes are competing against the clock. The start of the race is by interval starts.

Road Race Competition is when the start of the race is a mass start. Athletes are racing against each other. This is a more tactic race.
Rules: United States Cycling Federation (USCF) and the Special Olympics Summer Sports Rules govern this competition.
