Description:	The sport of Figure Skating is a very technical sport in Special Olympics Athletes are judged on different technical and artistic merits. The preliminary competition is based on compulsory elements, which all athletes must perform. In the Freestyle competition, athletes have the opportunity to choose their own music and choreograph their own routine.
Rules:	United States Figure Skating Association and the Special Olympics Winter Sports Rules govern this competition.
