REGISTRATION IS LIMITED AND ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

SAVE YOUR SPACE: Team captain can register their team online with a deposit of $100, (Click on "I agree" after reading the waiver to begin the registration process.) or by mail (Download the Team Registration Form under Register Off Line) by no later than December 31, 2011. Registration fees are non-refundable. Confirmation of the team’s registration and all future correspondence will be sent to the team captain via e-mail. Team captains are responsible for monitoring their team page. Rosters may include up to 15 players per team, with at least 4 players present to start a game. If any changes need to be made to the roster (i.e. a players’ name changed or removed) please contact .

CHOOSE A DIVISION:

Competitive Division (Saturday-3/3) consists of teams who play together on a regular basis, looking for a challenge and/or may be part of a flag football league. This division is FULL! Teams who want to play in the Co-ed Division can put their name on a wait list by sending information to or can register in one of the Recreation Divisions.
Recreation Divisions (Saturday-3/3 or Sunday-3/4) consists of players who play on a semi-regular basis or have limited organized football experience. May have recently come together for this event and just want to have fun!
Co-ed Division (Sunday-3/4) roster comprised of at least two females. Teams must play with at least two females in the game at all times. A great teambuilding experience! This division is FULL! Teams who want to play in the Co-ed Division can put their name on a wait list by sending information to or can register in one of the Recreation Divisions.

TEAM REGISTRATION LEVEL ITEMS will be given based on funds received as of the day of the tournament. The balance of monies due against the $1,600, Punt Level registration fee, must be received by 2/01/12. Any additional donations, pledges, etc. to move to higher levels (Pass or Touchdown) will be accepted up until the day of the event. Special Olympics New Jersey will mail the Team Captain any additional incentive items for the team’s new level. (Please allow 6-8 weeks after the Snow Bowl for delivery of these additional items.)

DIVISION WINNERS WILL HAVE THEIR TEAM NAMES ENGRAVED ON THE OFFICIAL SNOW BOWL TROPHY; RECEIVE A DIVISION CHAMPION TROPHY FOR THEIR TEAM AND A TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP PHOTO (Digital).

ONCE THE TEAM CAPTAIN HAS REGISTERED YOUR TEAM, have your teammates sign up online to be on your team and start telling everyone you know to visit your team website and make a donation to help you reach your fundraising goal and team registration level.

ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN WAIVER OF LIABILITY Extra waivers will be available on day of the event and must be signed before playing the first game.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS NEW JERSEY RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY ("AGREEMENT")

In consideration of participating in The New York Football Giants Snow Bowl (Event), I represent that I understand the nature of The New York Football Giants Snow Bowl and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in The New York Football Giants Snow Bowl. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the New York Football Giants Snow Bowl.

I fully understand that the New York Football Giants Snow Bowl event involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the "releases" named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages for my participation in the New York Football Giants Snow Bowl.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Special Olympics New Jersey, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, New York Football Giants, NJSEA, NFL, sponsors, promoters, suppliers, vendors, operators, and each one of the "releasees"  any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which The New York Football Giants Snow Bowl takes place, (each considered one of the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my  behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as result of such claim.

I have read this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH: In participating, I am specifically granting permission to you to use my name, likeness, voice and words in television, radio, films, newspapers, magazines, and other media, and in any form not heretofore described, for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of Special Olympics in appealing for funds to support such activities. I, the undersigned, have read and understood the provisions of this release. I hereby agree that I will be bound thereby.
