Athlete Participation

In order to participate in any Special Olympics New Jersey sports program, we require an updated physical/medical form. Those forms are included in what is known as our Special Olympics New Jersey Participation Packet. Athletes must renew their participation packet every 3 years.

Participants ages 2 – 7 may register for Young Athletes.
