Pilot a Special Olympics Unified PE Elective Course
Unified PE.is a for-credit opportunity for students of varying ability levels to learn together, through ongoing fitness, sports, leadership and wellness activities. Unified PE is a meaningful alternative to recruiting student volunteers to help in an adaptive PE class, or to incorporating students with disabilities into regular PE classes, where they are confronted with large class sizes and a challenging learning environment.  A Unified PE course can be offered as a regular PE class or as a general Elective course.  A Unified PE course can be built around an existing Adaptive PE class or created as a new elective option for students.
Complete the following information if you are interested in piloting a Unified PE class or would like to set up a meeting (in person or by phone) to learn more.
