Join us at the Special Olympics New Jersey Sports Complex for Unified Yoga! 45-minute weekly sessions led by an instructor are open to registered athletes and Unified partners.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise, one will be provided for you.  Appropriate workout wear required and please arrive 5 minutes before class.
