Through its partnership with RWJBarnabas Health, SONJ will host nutrition seminars and wellness programming for athletes, coaches and families. Check the Events page to see if a nutrition seminar is taking place near you.

Unified Yoga

Athletes and Unified partners are encouraged to come to Unified Yoga classes held at the SONJ Sports Complex in Lawrenceville. Check the Events page for upcoming sessions. SONJ will provide a yoga mat to use during the class if you do not have one.

Walking Club

The Unified Walking Club program brings together people with and without intellectual disabilities and provides opportunities for physical fitness while inspiring friendship among participants! Each walking club meets once a week at a location within its own community and is led by a team leader.
