Special Olympics New Jersey is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that receives a majority of it’s funding from corporations who choose to form partnerships with SONJ and contribute on an annual basis. Corporate Partnerships and Foundation Grants allow Special Olympics New Jersey to continue to conduct and expand our programming and offer new opportunities to our athletes. All SONJ programs are free to all registered athletes. Insurance, facilities, equipment, uniforms, housing and meals at events, awards, sports and education fees are all covered by SONJ and we are able to do so because of our partners.
A partnership with SONJ can help a business improve visibility and have a positive social impact. Special Olympics New Jersey works with each corporation to create a customized partnership. We strive to build strong and lasting relationships, and to provide value back to the corporation. Benefits of Corporate Partnership may include opportunities for marketing, alignment with a world renown brand, and employee engagement as well as recognition at fundraising events and sports competitions.
