Looking to take the “work” out of workout? Join us for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party in EKS where athletes can participate in group Zumba. All registered athletes and partners are welcome to drop by for this weekly 45-minutes fitness class led by an instructor. Appropriate workout wear required and please arrive 5 minutes before class.
