The rain held off on July 4 this year and the views were equally amazing! Participants came over on the Liberty State Park Ferry to participate in the Statue of Liberty 5K, hosted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics New Jersey.

The course featured a 360 view of the Statue of Liberty, and 7 laps were required to complete the 5K distance.  Some participants chose the option of walking 4 laps for a 3K instead.
